ero Official Rules

EarnOS Ltd ("ero", "we", "us", or "our") is running the ero "David" Mission PS5 + GTA 6 Giveaway (the "Giveaway"). These Official Rules govern entry, eligibility, and prize award.

EarnOS Ltd is a company registered in the Cayman Islands with its registered office at Willow House, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman, KY1-1001, Cayman Islands.

1. Sponsor

EarnOS Ltd, a Cayman Islands company, Willow House, Cricket Square, Grand Cayman KY1-1001, Cayman Islands (the "Sponsor"). The ero app ("ero") is operated by Sponsor. Sponsor is the controller of personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of (i) the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island, and (ii) Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and at or above the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry.

The following are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, of David Dobrik, and of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each.

Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Quebec, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins when the promotional post is published on the X account @DavidDobrik, on or before August 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on August 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 8, 2026.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter. Both methods receive one (1) entry and have equal chances of winning.

Method 1 — App Entry (free)

• Follow @Earnos_io on X and repost the promotional post;
• Download the ero app at ero.app/r/david (free download); and
• Complete the "David" Mission in the ero app.

Your entry is counted only when all three (3) steps are complete. Completing the "David" Mission is the qualifying action. Your X account must be public for your repost to be verified. Standard data rates may apply; ero is free to download and free to use.

Method 2 — Mail-In Entry (free, no app or purchase required)

Hand-print your full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, ZIP code, email address, daytime telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Entrants in Canada may mail to the same address using international postage. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or illegible entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered mail. Mail-in entries are pooled with app entries and have the same odds of winning.

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person and per household for the entire Promotion Period, across both entry methods. Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted. Use of multiple X accounts, email addresses, app accounts, identities, or any automated, robotic, macro, script, or other device to enter or disrupt the Giveaway will void all of that person's entries and result in disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process.

6. Prizes

Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of one (1) PlayStation 5 console and one (1) copy of Grand Theft Auto VI, Ultimate Edition.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $749.98 USD (PlayStation 5 console, $649.99; Grand Theft Auto VI Ultimate Edition, $99.99). Total ARV of all ten (10) prizes: $7,499.80 USD. All values are stated in United States dollars. Actual value may vary with market price and point of purchase; any difference between the stated and actual value will not be awarded.

Game codes are redeemable in the United States and Canada only. Winners are responsible for having a compatible account and region.

Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind from Sponsor, express or implied. Any manufacturer warranty is the winner's sole recourse. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged by the winner.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with an item of equal or greater retail value, or with a cash payment equal to the stated ARV of that prize, including where the advertised prize becomes unavailable, where shipping to a winner's location is impractical, or where customs, import, or regulatory requirements make delivery of the physical prize unreasonable. Cash substitutions will be paid in United States dollars.

Winners are responsible for all costs not expressly stated as included, including internet service, subscriptions, accessories, and any additional games or content.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries during the week of September 14, 2026 by David Dobrik or his designated representatives, from a list of eligible entrants verified by Sponsor. The list provided for selection identifies entrants by entry number and public X handle only. Selection is at the selector's discretion from the pool of verified eligible entrants.

Potential winners will be notified by Sponsor by email and/or direct message at the contact information associated with the entry, within ten (10) business days of selection. Potential winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of the first notification attempt.

Skill-testing question (Canadian entrants): before being declared a winner, each selected entrant who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, unaided and within a limited time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor. A selected entrant who does not answer correctly forfeits the prize, and an alternate may be selected.

A potential winner who does not respond within fourteen (14) days, whose notification is returned undeliverable, who is found ineligible, or who declines the prize, forfeits it, and an alternate may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Before a prize is awarded, each winner must complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability and (where lawful) publicity release, and any eligibility or tax documentation Sponsor requires. Sponsor will make any tax filings required of it by applicable law. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and should be aware that a prize of this value is generally reportable income.

9. Prize Delivery

Sponsor will ship prizes to the address the winner provides, within the United States and Canada only, at Sponsor's cost. Shipments to Canada may be subject to customs processing; Sponsor will cover standard duties and import fees where it is the shipper of record, but is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Sponsor is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or out-of-date address, carrier loss or delay, refused delivery, or a winner's failure to respond, and is not obligated to re-ship in those circumstances.

Please allow up to sixteen (16) weeks from verification for delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is handled in accordance with the ero Privacy Policy at ero.app/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Official Rules by reference. Sponsor is the data controller.

Winners submit their shipping and contact details through a form hosted by Sponsor, which displays a notice at collection at the point of entry. That information is used only to verify eligibility, award and ship the prize, and meet tax and legal reporting obligations. It is not used for marketing or advertising, is not sold, and is not shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. It is kept separate from Sponsor's advertising and analytics systems and deleted within ninety (90) days after fulfillment is complete, except for records Sponsor must retain for tax, accounting, or legal purposes, which are held for the periods set out in the ero Privacy Policy.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winner's street address or contact details. David Dobrik and his representatives do not collect or receive entrant or winner personal information; they receive only a verified list of eligible entrants for the purpose of selecting winners.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, and to appeal a refusal. To exercise those rights, contact privacy@earnos.com. Sponsor processes personal information in accordance with the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and applicable United States state privacy laws.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for Sponsor and David Dobrik to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, and state in connection with announcing the results of this Giveaway, without further compensation. Winners in Tennessee and any other jurisdiction where such consent may not be required as a condition of entry may decline.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, David Dobrik, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, or not received for any reason, or for technical failures of any kind, including network, hardware, software, or app failures. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway and award prizes from eligible entries received up to that point.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

Although Sponsor is incorporated in the Cayman Islands, these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware. Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right an entrant has under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state, province, or territory where the entrant lives, where those laws cannot be excluded by agreement.

14. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. Entrants release X from all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints should be directed to Sponsor, not to X.

15. Winners List

For a list of the winners (first name, last initial, city, and state or province), email privacy@earnos.com with the subject line "David Giveaway Winners List" by December 31, 2026. Sponsor will also post the winners list on this page following verification.
